And for now, our collection is complete with a brown beer! We didn't have that much inspiration and just called it “boer Willem brown” 😉 Be sure to try it out at your local pub or order from our webshop. The first reviews on untappd are very good! Beer enthousiasts describe it as a spicy brown of 7.5 degrees with light smoked caramel and anise flavor!

Our farmer Willem blond is getting a successor! We have been working on developing a tasty tripel beer for quite some time and 4 recipes made it to the shortlist. After much weighing and weighing ... and mainly (having) tasted so too 😉 ... we have chosen to brew 1000l of our recipe 47. We are going to call it simply “boer Willem tripel” and provide it with a recognizable but clear label. Available through our web shop within 2 weeks and soon after in our outlets and at local bars and restaurants!

The year has passed, it was very busy and we went all out ... and we succeeded thanks to all of you!!!
